Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account whenever you like and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. No lock-in.
Do you offer refunds?
Your 3-day free trial lets you decide before paying, so we don't usually refund change-of-mind on monthly plans — just cancel anytime and keep access until your period ends. We do refund billing errors, charges after cancelling, extended outages, and annual plans within 14 days of the charge. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
